Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) star, Maria Chike Benjamin and her lover, Kelvin have welcomed their first child.
Maria shared the news of the birth of her son with fans and followers via her official Instagram page on Tuesday.
The Talk show host revealed that the boy was safely delivered on October 1, which is also Nigeria’s Independence Day. According to the former air hostess, they christened him Leonardo AmaraNna Anene.
The ‘Shine Ya Eye’ ex-housemate wrote; ”Leonardo AmaraNna Anene 01/10/2023. I just want to say Thank you God. My heart is so full and grateful.
I’ve found the light in me that I couldn’t find all these years. Thank you for choosing us as your parents.”

The reality TV star shared a video of herself elegantly dressed in a white gown in a classic setting which was to fully immerse herself in the nature of motherhood.
Maria offered heartfelt prayers for the well-being of her unborn baby and wished for the child to have a life filled with goodness and blessings.
The ex-BBNaija houemate expressed gratitude for the grace bestowed upon her to become a mother. She fervently thanked the Almighty for her guding and leading her through incredible journey.
Maria also invoked blessings upon her baby, while expressing the desire for the kind heart possessed by the baby’s father, be bestowed upon their bundle of joy.
She wrote; “This chapter is called blessed. With our hearts filled with so much love and happiness we can’t wait to meet you 🙏🏼💕”
