A young Nigerian man, Dipo Awojide, has taken to the micro-blogging platform, twitter, to air out his anger as his sister who studied law in Igbinedion University was offer a job in a law firm for N35,000 per month.
He expressed his disappointment in a series of tweets as quoted below;
“Nigeria perpetuates injustice against its youth population. We offer graduates 15k per month. 20k per month. For what?
My younger sister went to igbinedion Uni, went to Law School, NYSC, LLM from Essex Uni, she’s back in Nigeria, they’re offering her 35k
After 8 years of study, a Law Firm is offering young Nigerians 35k. Perhaps she spends over 35k on feeding and her car monthly”.
