A fitness enthusiast simply identified as Chris has stunned social media users with his incredible transformation from a 440 pound man to weighing 193 pounds.
He shared photos of his himself as a big man and his new appearance while stating his secret regimen.
Chris revealed that he could not go to school to play football due to his size so he was forced to stay at home, that was when he decided to become a certified wellness coach.
According to him, part of his regimen involved eating fruits and vegetables and the suspension of bread and fried foods. He said that Atkins based diet was employed as he ate 1,800 to 2000 calories a day while working out for 45 minutes.
Taking to his Twitter account, Chris wrote; “It will cost you zero $0 to RETWEET. My name is Chris I specialize in helping beginners like me make healthy lifestyle changes. I went from 440-193 after I couldn’t go to school to play football. So I stayed home and became a certified wellness coach.
“I used an Atkins based diet and I ate 1,800-2,000 calories a day but I traded my bread and fried carbs for fruits and veggies. I worked out for 45+ mins. God been great to me so I want to bless others.”
