Lagos Assembly lawmaker, Tunde Braimoh dies at 59

A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Constituency II, Tunde Braimoh is dead.

According to multiple sources, he passed on Friday morning after falling ill some days ago.

The deceased was the Chairman, Committee on Information, Security and Strategy.

Braimoh had also served in the Parliament as the chairman house committee on Judiciary, petitions and LASIEC. He was also a one time chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, now ikosi isheri Cocal council.

According to Muslim rites, he is expected to be buried today, Friday, 10 July, 2020.

Tunde Braimoh is survived by his wife, Yetunde, and children.

He was 59 years old.
