American Hip Hop superstar, Kanye West has announced that he will visit Lagos state, Nigeria as part of his music tour for 2024.
He added Nigeria to the list of countries he will be touring in 2024 and 2025 and shared the good news through his his Instagram story on Wednesday.
Kanye shared the touring lineup list which outlined Eko Energy City in Lagos, Nigeria, for December 14, 2024, and Nyayo International Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya, for December 7, 2024.
The first time the multi award winning rapper performed in Nigeria was in 2007 the Star Mega Jam which has hosted Chris Brown, Rick Ross and other American music stars during different periods.
Kanye’s world tour, starts on June 22, 2024, in Toronto, Canada, and he takes it to the United States where he will be till August. After that, it will move to Mexico, Spain, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates before touching down in Kenya and Nigeria in December 2024.
In January 2025, the 46-year-old rapper will then move from the African nations to Australia and conclude the tour in Japan in February.
