James Brown in pains after spending N3m to shoot YouTube movie without getting views

Nigerian crossdresser, James Obialor, popularly known as James Brown, has lamented bitterly over the reception of his recently released short movie titled ‘Traitor’.

The social media influencer had a live session with fans on Instagram where he disclosed that spent about N3 million to produce the film only to get only a few views after uploading it to YouTube.

James, who almost broke down in tears in the video, expressed sadness that despite his millions of followers, his new movie got low support.

He made a reference to the fact that he is often criticised and wondered what he did wrong to people for them to constantly be tackling him.

A poster of the short film which stars skit-maker Nasboi and actress Olanike Gold made rounds online but was greeted with criticism.

James said: “I spent N3 million on that movie and nobody wants to watch it. Why are you all so mean to me? What did I do? Anything I do you people won’t support me. Always tackling me.”
