J. Cole said I’m 2Pac’s reincarnation in Africa – Burna Boy [Video]

Ace Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu also known as Burna Boy has revealed the interesting comment American rapper, J. Cole made about him after they linked up in the studio.

The self-acclaimed ‘African Giant’ claimed that J. Cole said late rap icon, 2Pac reincarnated in Africa and came back as him [Burna].

Speaking on a podcast, the Nigerian Grammy winner said he was in the studio with the Hip Hop star and some basketball players when the statement was made.

According to him, when Cole said ”This nixxa is Tupac” he looked around to find out who he was talking about, then the Love Yours’ crooner pointed at him.

He noted that the rapper repeated himself and noted that “Burna Boy is Tupac reincarnated in Africa”

Nigerian Hip Hop artiste, Emeka Akumefule also known as Blaqbonez lamented online after Afrobeats star, knocked him down the charts.

CKay’s song ‘Hallelujah’ featuring Blaqbonez hit the number 1 spot on Apple Music Nigeria on Monday evening of June 6th, and they took to their individual Twitter pages to celebrate.

The ‘Love Nwantiti’ crooner was especially thankful because it is the first time his song will be peaking at the top.

CKay thanked fans for their show of support and love by streaming the newly released single. “HALLELUJAH NUMBER ONE IN NIGERIA! my first one! Thank you for the love and support. Big announcement soon! 🇳🇬💜✨” he wrote.

Also, Blaqbonez excitedly tweeted; “HALLELUJAH NUMBER 1 SONG IN NIGERIA!!! YESSS 🇳🇬🇳🇬🫶🏾🫶🏾”

However, about an hour later, Asake’s Amapiano which features Olamide, displaced Hallelujah.

This left Blaqbonez stunned and he lamented about them not allowing him to pop champagne to celebrate the feat before dethroning them.

He wrote; “Damn niqqas didn’t even let me pop the champagne yet 😂”

The rap star also shared a photos which captured the appropriate facial reaction to the development.
