Instead of replacing your boyfriend teach him to be the man you want – Eyoh Bassey

A Nigerian entrepreneur identified as Eyoh Bassey has advised ladies against leaving their man because he does not meet certain standards.

He stated in a post on Facebook that women should rather teach their boyfriend how to becme the man they want.

According to Eyoh, they can never find a perfect guy, but ladies have the power to build their perfect man.

He wrote; “Don’t replace him, teach him how to be that man you want. You can never find a perfect Man, but you can build your perfect Man.”

When a Facebook lady Mellisa King said; This quote is for people who are ready to change

Eyoh Bassey replied; “Yes dear, even when they are not ready to change your good character can do just that.”

His advise sparked a debate on the social media platforms as people shared divergent views.

One user, Primus Agbob Egbe said; Teaching him at what age?. There’re certain things extremely difficult to teach grown-ups,especially men.If e family didn’t inculcate some values in both genders at their tender ages,it will be difficult for any one to initiate changes in dem as dey become adults.

Oga there is some people you can not bend nor matter your effort, instead of you Killin your self because you want make something perfect, you walk away

Ukachi Ibiam; Mr. Poster How can you build a Casanova? Please my fellow ladies don’t adhere to this post, because it’s not your duty to build a man. Bible made us to know that we are a help to our husbands and to be submissive. Don’t start what you can’t finish by trying to change someone that is not even ready to change all in the name of perfect Man. We are all working towards perfection so let him work on himself first.

Merciful Abd said; This motivation doesn’t work speaking from experience.it is only God that changes a man who is willing for his life to be transformed. Secondly this post could trigger some ladies to go into a wrong relationship with the motive of changing the man to what she wants.

Awuah Baffour; Only about 10% if men can be humble enough to be taught by a woman. And for those 10%, most of them are almost “perfect”. In fact, men who can learn from women are usually men who have already been under the training of a woman in their childhood, usually their mother. Men who have great mothers have respect for women. These are the men that can be “taught” by a woman. Don’t waste your time teaching an unteachable man.
