Big Brother Naija two-time contestant, Cynthia Nwadiora better known as CeeC has denied dating her colleague, Ike Onyema.
She clarified in a recent post on her verified Twitter page that she and Ike are just close platonic friends and there is nothing romantic going on between them.
The reality star felt the need to explain after she came under heavy fire online over a video of her hanging out in a fancy restaurant with Ike, who is the ex-lover of Mercy Eke.
CeeC revealed that she is single as opposed to widespread belief, and noted that when she finally starts dating someone, she will reserve the right to either share it or keep the relationship private.
She wrote; “As a public figure, I understand that my personal life often becomes subject to scrutiny, but I believe it’s important to set the record straight. I am currently single, and if and when I choose to enter into a romantic relationship, it will be my decision whether to share that with you all or not.
“I want to make it clear that Ike and I are simply close friends. In a world where friendships between a man and a woman are often misunderstood, I want to emphasize that platonic relationships are not only possible but also valuable.”
