A Nigerian music producer OG Carter Mills has taken to social media to advise Biafrra Republic and Yoruba Nation secessionists to review their agitations.
According to him, rather than agitating for the break away of Biafra and Oduduwa Republics from Nigeria, the Igbo and Yoruba tribes should come together and demand the creation of Southern Nigeria.
Carter Mills gave the advise in a post on Twitter on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, adding that he is sure both regions can work together as one.
In his words; ”Instead of Igbo people clamouring for Biafra and Yoruba people clamouring for Oduduwa, I think both of them should come together and clamour for a Southern Nigeria.
Let’s leave the North alone and be on our own. I’m sure we can work things out.”
Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Igboho is currently in Benin Republic, where he is standing trial for forgery of the country’s passport among other charges.
Also, Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu who is undergoing trial for treasonable felony, is currently in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, following his arrest and repatriation to Nigeria.
