If you miss heaven, you will cry – Kumuyi

Founder of Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor W.F Kumuyi has warned Christian faithful about the consequent effect of not making Heaven.

He took to his Twitter page on Tuesday and said that people will gnash teeth that will lead to crying if they are not welcomed into Heaven on Judgement Day.

The clergyman stirred controversial debate on the microblogging platform, with his warning tweet which simply read; “If you miss heaven, you’ll cry!”

In an earlier post, he quoted a bible verse and noted that he believes God will help him because he trusts in the Almighty.

“The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. Psalm 28:7”, Kumuyi wrote.

In reaction, @AnsaLeslie said; But nobody actually wants to go to the heaven, if not why do you pray against death?

IkengaMmiri; Please who have go to heaven, let the person tell us how it’s, because hell maybe better than heaven, no one knows, so if anyone has gone there before tell us how it’s I rest my case

@BenvindoUpaleP; The Lord showed me a vision that not only in hell but those who will miss the opportunity to earn a crown will also live eternity in regret. May God help us to serve Him now.

In other news, a Nigerian man identified as Maazi Chukwudiaso Onyema appealed to Dunamis International Gospel Center months ago to refund all his tithes as the hardship in Nigeria is biting him hard.

He made the appeal in a video circulating on social media as he said he is no longer interested in the Kingdom of God.

The young man showed his tithe card in the clip and gave a lengthy speech about how he had allegedly been brainwashed and he was in the proper frame of mind when he paid the tithes to the church.

Onyema said he is currently suffering and has calculated all the money in his tithe card and wants it back. He said he does not need the offering or gifts he has given to the church.

He said that he joined the Dunamis church in 2008 and he was told to store up treasures for himself in heaven through tithes.

The man who also showed two certificates he got after attending training in the church, added that he was hungry and there was a lot of suffering. Onyema further explained how his bank failed him due to the current situation in Nigeria.
