Nigerian media personality, Daddy Freeze has opined that washing machine is a basic necessity that every household should be able to afford.
The radio host stated that anybody who does not own something as simple as a washing machine in their home, is truly suffering.
Freeze shared his thoughts in the comment section of a post by a woman, @mo_of_nations on Instagram, who shared an image of herself washing clothes with her hands
She expressed gratitude to God for answering her prayers, writing; “What God cannot do does not exist, we dey pray, e dey show”
Daddy Freeze commented; “You dey use hand dey wash cloth in front of tap for 2024 and you say prayer aey show. Ok o u don win”
Another lady, matsecooks said; “I have a washing machine and dryer and I still wash in front of my tap sometimes. Material things are not the only things to be thankful for… good health and being alive too.
My Dad had a stroke and got paralysed recently. He can’t drive all his cars or come down the stairs in his mansion. He needs help for everything now….even to eat. Learn to appreciate life DF….not everything is money.”
In response, Freeze wrote; “This is not a money issue. And by the way if you don’t have something as simple as a washing machine you dey suffer o”.
