Ice Prince praises Arise TV’s Rotus for discussing Hip Hop instead of politics

Nigerian rap star, Panshak Zamani better known as Ice Prince, has commended Arise TV anchor, Aruoture “Rotus” Oddiri for his analysis on Hip Hop.

The journalist was discussing the use of Artificial Intelligence in rap music, with Canadian rapper, Drake as a case in point following his recent reanimation of late Tupac Shakur.

Ice Prince disclosed that he watched Arise TV’s breakfast show on Monday and was impressed that Rotus moved away from the usual topic of politics and economic matters to delve into the rap genre.

The ‘Aboki’ crooner described as ‘surreal’ the feeling of Hip Hop being a topic of discussion on a core newc TV station. He advocated for more of such entertainment gist to balance out all the analysis about Nigeria’s economy and politics.
