Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, he stated that he found solace in comedy, and had been opportune to grace some of the biggest comedy stages in the country

In his words; “From selling vegetables to fend for my large family, to being a labourer at different construction sites, I never let my reality then judge my future. Comedy has always been a part of me, and even when I was doing ‘hard labour’, humour still came freely to me.

On the construction sites where I worked, I used to be the most loved, because I made sure everyone had fun while working. On days when I was not around, even the foreman on the site would call to ask of my whereabouts.”

Talking about his current projects, Abarie said; “I am currently planning my debut comedy show tagged, ‘So Far, So Good’. It is going to be a fun-filled event that will feature top comedians, artistes and dancers. It promises to be all shades of fun and vibes.”
