Nigerian media personality and content creator, Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu Wazobia, has revealed that he struggled to get over his first marriage to Uzoamaka Ohiri.
The comedian said it was the most difficult period of his life but he was still creating funny content to entertain others who never knew that he was depressed.
He made the revelation while being having a chat on MTV Base Africa programme, MTV Base Sparks alongside VJ Adams.
Nedu said that when his marriage started having issues, he suffered anxiety attacks in 2017/2018 because of the challenges he was passing through. The controversial Tv and radio presenter however, said he got “healed” by another lady even before he finalised his separation from his estranged wife.
He said; “Getting over my first marriage, it was the most difficult period in my life. The funny thing is, it was 2017/2018, I was going through hell, but nobody knew.
“You know how it is when you are taking a walk, and your heart is skipping for no just reason. I was under anxiety attacks. But guess what? I was doing comedy skits and posting daily. But I was going through hell.
“Yes, I have healed fully from that situation, 150 per cent. The person that healed me does not even know she was the one that healed me. I healed even before I left the marriage because if you are not healed, you can’t move on. So, I got to a point where I was healed a bit, and then I moved on and then totally got healed much later.”
OAP Nedu separated from his estranged wife, Uzoamaka, in 2018 after accusing her of paternity fraud.

According to Sarah, the reason for her post was just ‘cruise’ purposes, but people twisted it to suit their narratives. The endowed screen diva said that she loves decent relationships and would never deliberately encourage people to scatter couples.
She said; I understand my penultimate post had generated lots of criticism, public outrage and drags. I think I’ve been grossly misunderstood, and the intention of the post twisted by many. Truth is that; that particular post was solely for cruise and cruise alone. It was never intended to spite anyone nor to encourage people into bad behavior.
I therefore, sincerely apologize to all my genuine friends and followers and the social media community, who may have been offended in one way or the other by that post. I love good and decent relationships and would never intentionally encourage anyone to destroy any. Kindly accept my sincere apologies, please.
