I used to think I’d marry a rich man, but it’s not easy – Diamond Platnumz ex, Zari Hassan

Zari Hassan, ex-wife to Tanzanian music star, Diamond Platnumz has disclosed that growing up, her dream was to get married to a wealthy man.

The Ugandan socialite said she thought of how her husband will spoil her with gold, but she later realized that achieving such a lifestyle was more challenging than she had initially thought.

Hassan stated this during an interview with BBC Swahili, Zari, noting that she’s always wanted a good life and that has always been her motivation to work hard.

She said; “I used to think I would get married to a rich man, and wear gold, but I said it is not easy. When I realized I wanted a good life, I got the motivation to say I don’t come from a rich family, but it was my responsibility. I said I wanted a good life, and that has been my motivation in life.”
