I used to snap pictures with people’s cars – Nigerian writer celebrates as she buys her first car, a Toyota

A female Nigerian writer known as @thekatcopy on Twitter has taken to the microblogging platform to celebrate her achievement.

She revealed that she just bought her first car, a white coloured Toyota Corolla and recounted how she acted when she did not have one.

According to Kat, she used to pose in front of people’s cars to take pictures while growing up and now she has her own to do same.

The writer posted images of her posing with the clean ride and wrote; “Growing up I used to take pictures in the front of people’s cars, here I am years later taking pictures in front of mine.

Must be nice 😌 Hi I’m Kat and yes I make a living – writing.”

In similar news, a Nigerian artist identified as Kalejaye Tosin, recently revealed how his years of hard work resulted in him becoming a homeowner.

The young man who designs contemporary murals for establishments and brands, built a beautiful house for himself.

Kalejaye took to his Twitter page to show off the exquisite edifice and to celebrate the achievement.

He shared a series of photos which captured when the bungalow was at the early construction stage and when it was finally completed.

The visual artist said the exterior and interior part of the house was designed by him. While congratulating himself, Tosin also declared that it was a miracle performed by Jesus Christ.

He wrote; “Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus. Blessings and Big Congrats to me. 🎉I did a thing! A work of Art! Ps: Interior and Exterior design by me.”
