I spend N3 million on diesel every month – Paul ”Rudeboy” Okoye

Ace Nigerian musician, Paul Okoye also known as Rudeboy, has revealed that he spends N3 million monthly on diesel.

The one half of PSquare music group bemoaned the excruciating hardship in the country, particularly the effect of fuel subsidy removal and consequent hike in petroleum products.

Rudeboy took to his Instagram story and lamented that he bought his first car for N120,000 many years ago but currently spends Three million naira buying diesel every month.

Describing the economic situation as a “total madness”, Rudeboy said he can’t imagine what the less privileged people are going through.

Paul Okoye wrote; “I bought my first car 120k naira years back and I was very proud of that.

“Now I spend 3m naira on diesel for just a month… Total madness. Only God knows what a common man is going through.”

A Ghanaian man has returned the sum of 100,000 GhC (N6.48m) which he found inside a taxi be boarded at a petrol station along Nima/Abossey Okai.

The man who is reportedly unemployed said he boarded a cab from a filling station at Nima heading to Abossey Okai in Ghana when he saw a polythene bag in the backseat.

He decided to visit Adom 106.3FM with the intention of locating the owner, so he could return the huge sum of money. The man also revealed that he found ID card, and a key inside the polythene bag.

When asked why he didn’t take the cash considering his situation, he stated that it doesn’t align with his principles as that isn’t how he was raised.
