I sent cake to my babe’s workplace and she ate it with her ‘office husband’ – Man shares heartbreak story

A Nigerian man simply known as Emeka, has used his personal experience to explain why long distance relationships cannot work.

He revealed that he had a cake delivered to his girlfriend’s place of work on her birthday in a bid to surprise her.

But she ended up eating the cake with her office boyfriend and it turned out she eventually left Emeka and married the same colleague.

The young man shared his heartbreak story while reacting to a Twitter user who said; “Long Distance Relationships just have bad PR.”

Emeka who felt triggered, then tweeted; “Long distance that I sent surprise birthday cake to at her office that she ate with office boyfriend who she’s married to today? Don’t get on my last nerves.”
