Nigerian singer, Sanni Goriola Wasiu, better known as Lil Frosh, has said the allegation of assault leveled against him by his ex-girlfriend, four years ago was false.
The young artiste revisited the battery case which led to the termination of his contract with Davido’s music label, DMW in 2020.
Lil Frosh said he never beat his ex, Gift Camille aka Cute Gemini as widely reported, and he accused her of intentionally framing him up to ruin his career.
Taking to his Instagram page on Saturday amid fresh reports that Gift vowed to frame a male TikToker. Frosh begged Davido to review his decision and asked for a chance to return to DMW.
In a video, Lil Frosh explained that the drama that unfolded started with Cute Gemini disrespecting his mother which angered him to the extent that he slapped her.
He, however, said that he apologized to her for raising his hands at her and vowed never to repeat such. But five months later, she allegedly had an allergy reaction which he knew of, and she used the swelling on her face to label hi an abuser.
