I have much more that will pain you – Naira Marley tells haters

Nigerian rapper and music executive, Azeez Fashola better known as Naira Marley has boasted about being able to trigger his haters more.

The ‘Tesumole’ crooner said he is in possession of materials that he can use to make people that openly display hate towards him to be angrier.

Naira stated this on his Instagram story while encouraging his loyal fans known as Marlians to be patient as he reaffirmed his allegiance to his record label, Marlian Music.

The record label founder wrote: “Marlians 4 life. Dear haters, I have so much more for you to be mad at. Just be patient.”

This is coming days after controversial rapper and internet personality, Speed Darlington expressed surprise at the effect of cancel culture on Naira Marley’s career.

He observed that the Marlian Music boss recently dropped new music, but he was not hearing it being played in public and private spaces in Lagos state. Speed Darlington shared his observation during a live session on social media and he seemed to find the development exciting.

The US-based musician expressed the opinion that that his career must have ended because people are still angry with him over his alleged involvement in the death of his former signee, Mohbad.

CorrectNG reported months ago that mother of late musician, Mohbad, Mrs. Promise Aloba, said her son informed her about his former boss, Naira Marley’s actions.

She said Mohbad revealed that he had been receiving threats from Marley and he always received beatings from Sam Larry after he left Marlian Music Records in 2022.

The late singer’s mum said her son begged her to guide him so that he will not be killed by those who were attacking him. The grieving woman then called on the Senate and Nigerians to ensure that the Marlian Music founder is arrested.

“I know my son; he told me that Naira Marley usually threatened him. Please, Nigerians, help me to look for him; please have mercy on me; that is all you can do for me. I cannot singlehandedly fish him out. Also, he told me the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) gave him some water in a bottle to drink sometimes ago. Help me please.

“My son was always beaten. Even he was mentioning Sam Larry, l don’t know them. They enslaved my son. He was always telling me to guide him so he would not be killed, these were all he was saying until they finally killed him. Please help me,” she said.
