Nigerian singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, professionally known as Kizz Daniel has admitted that he cannot make new music in a sober state.
He confessed during a question and answer session with fans on Twitter (X) that he must either smoke or drink before he hits the studio to record.
A fan asked Kizz Daniel if he could ever stop smoking weed, and he responded that it is not easy despite his earlier vow to quit.
“Can you stop smoking VADO?” the fan queried, to which the singer responded; “Not that easy my bro, I’m trying.”
When asked if he could stop drinking as well, Kizz Daniel said; “No I can’t. I can’t record sober. I love my family but it can be boring sometimes.”
CorrectNG recalls that on May 1 2022, to celebrate his 28th birthday on May 1 2022, the ‘Buga’ crooner announced he had quit smoking.
According to the father of twins, the decision to stop the habit was made because of his kids and those who genuinely love him.
“To celebrate my birthday and for the sake of my kids and those that genuinely love me, I quit”, he said in the video posted on his Instagram page.
