Controversial singer-songwriter, Dammy Krane has explained why he did not get Ayodeji “Wizkid” Balogun arrested over a violent incident in 2016.
It may be recalled that the ‘My Dear’ crooner alleged about nine years ago that Wizkid stole music ideas from him and this led to a scuffle in Quilox.
He further claimed that due to their rift, the Starboy Entertainment founder attacked him with a bottle while they were at the popular night club.
Krane revisited the issue on 8th of March 2024, while exchanging words with a fan of the Ojuelegba singer who tackled him on Twitter for saying Portable was now more relevant than his favourite.
Taking to his comment section, the member of Wizkid FC wrote: “They go soon break another bottle for your head no worry. Fool.”
In response, Dammy recalled how Wiz ran to hide after throwing a bottle at him. He said it was Shina Peller and Obafemi Martins aka Obagoal, that prevented him from getting the Grammy winner arrested.
The former Hypertek signee boasted that even till date, he can still see to it that Machala is locked up for what he did that fateful day
Dammy Krane wrote; “Them not born am well, if not for Shina Peller & Obagoal, I would have locked up Wiz; which I still can do if the need arises, Jit threw glass cup in my section in Quilox then ranaway to hide in Shina Peller’s office & beg me lol Wiz know say Men for ent ram; R.I.P 44.”
