I can marry up to 10 husbands – Blessing Okoro reacts to Basketmouth and wife’s divorce

Popular Nigerian relationship expert, Blessing Okoro, has said the reports of comedian Basketmouth and his wife, Elsie splitting should not discourage others from getting married.

She stated this in a video posted on her Instagram page on Thursday while noting that she will marry as many men as possible till she finds the right one to spend forever with.

The controversial influencer said that though celebrity marriages are crashing frequently in recent times, she intends to marry as much as 10 men in her bid to find the perfect union.

Blessing CEO further praised Basketmouth and his wife for how they handled the divorce in a mature way without any accusations or blame game.

She said; “I like the fact that they were civil, they were matured and they were quiet. I respect them for that. Despite the fact that we have our celebrities going their separate ways, we will marry.

If I get married and it doesn’t work I will marry another man. In fact, I want to marry up to 10 husbands.

“Wish them all the best but we go still marry. Let nobody put fear inside you. Marriage is the most beautiful thing from God”.

CorrectNG reported on Thursday that ace Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha popularly known as Basketmouth announced the end of his marriage to Elsie.

He took to his verified Instagram page on Thursday to reveal that he and his wife have decided to get divorced after 12 years together.

Basketmouth noted that it was a psinful but necesary decision and he asked the public to respect their privacy.

He wrote; “For the first and the last time.

As much as it pains me to bring my personal life to the public space, this is an unavoidable situation. After much deliberations, my wife and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage.

“As we move forward separately, we will continue to work together to give our beautiful children all the care, love, guidance and support they need. We humbly ask that you respect our privacy as we navigate through these times. Thank you.”
