I believe in hard work over destiny – Singer, Magixx

Mavin Records artiste, Alexander Adelabu, popularly known as Magixx, has said he believes that people can achieve their goals through sheer hard work and not destiny.

The singer said he doesn’t believe in destiny because irrespective of what has been ordained by a Higher Power, he thinks that anything someone wants can be gotten.

He stated this when he appeared as a guest on The Beat 99.9 FM, Lagos, adding that as human beings ”our intuition is our God.

Magixx said; “I believe in hard work. I’m not one of those people who believe in destiny. I don’t believe in destiny. I believe anything you want you can get.

“As a human being, once you set your mind to something… I feel like our intuition is our God. When you can believe in something so much delusionally.

“If you can think about it so much like I’m going to do this thing tomorrow, as craazy as that might sound, you can actually do it. That’s how powerful your mind is.”

Nigerian actress, Esther Nwachukwu aka Esther Sky has revealed that she grew up with relatives who maltreated her.

The social media influencer said she was not raised with love and that is the major reason she is very controversial on social media.

She, however, said that if she eventually becomes rich, she will drop all the controversy and become a new person. The actress added that her upbringing also affected her love life.

On being controversial, she said; “I am not doing it to grow followers on social media. I lost my Instagram page with hundreds of thousands of followers because of my controversy. I was raised in a bitter way.

I wasn’t raised with love. That is why I am this way. If I make money, I will stop being controversial. I did not grow up with my parents. I grew up with relatives, and I was maltreated.”
