Dark inner thighs occurs when the skin on the inner thigh produces too much melanin. It is an ordeal that can be experienced by anyone, regardless of skin tone and it is called hyperpigmentation. Sugar scrub

Sugar can help exfoliate the skin and lemons help treat hyperpigmentation. Scrubbing the area with this can help if the dark skin is caused by a buildup of dead skin.

What you need

  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • Bowl

Procedure

  • Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice into a bowl
  • Add your granulated sugar
  • Add some few drops of honey and mix everything together to form a paste
  • Gently scrub the mixture into the inner thighs.
  • Leave for 15 minutes and rinse off.

Baking Soda Scrub

Baking soda is an exfoliating agent and can help lighten your skin. However, it should be used with caution as it can sometimes be too harsh for the skin.

What you need

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Lemon
  • Bowl

Procedure

  • Bowl two tablespoon of baking soda inside a bowl
  • Add few drops of apple cider vinegar
  • Squeeze in some lemon juice and mix to form a paste
  • Scrub your dark thigh with this
