“God go punish you” – Skales blasts Burna Boy fan who trolled him over throwback collabo
Nigerian Hip Hop artiste Skales has given a furious response to a fan of Afrobeats superstar, Burna Boy who trolled him with a throwback comparison.
The fan page, @Big7Record on Twitter and asserted that the influence of Burna is so overwhelming that his voice suppressed Skales’ own on the 2017 hit song, ‘Temper’ featuring both of them.
Sharing ‘Temper’ music video, it was noted that the self acclaimed African Giant made people forget that Skales was also on the song. He went on to warn other artistes who intend to feature the Grammy winner, that they will be taking a serious risk.
The post reads; “The way Burna Boy made us forget Skales was on this song is crazy😤. Put this man on your song at your own risk🙌🤯🔥. “
Reacting to the post on Monday, April 22, Skales quoted it and placed heavy curse on the fan while describing the controversial statement as ‘stvpid’.
“Na God go purnish you for this stpvid post you dey mad …”, the rapper wrote.
But @Big7Record clarified; “Baba I no even lie lol, I didn’t mean it bad tho. I just stated an obvious truth na .”
