Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, has reacted to the rape scandal that has been rocking senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, who was accused by Busola Dakolo, wife of popular singer, Timi Dakolo, of molesting her when she was a teenager.

Busola Dakolo had in a shocking interview with YNaija alleged that Pastor Biodun raped her when she was a teenager and still in secondary school and forcefully had sex with her as a minor multiple times.

Ever since the claims were made, Nigerians of different calibres have reacted to the situation with divided opinions; some siding with Busola, some with Biodun and others sitting on the fence.

However, Pastor Biodun has since denied the allegations and has stepped aside as senior pastor of COZA.

Reacting via her Twitter handle, Aisha Buhari shared a video clips of a TV show where the rape allegation was being discussed and wrote;

“#IGofPolice, #EveryoneGetInvolved, #SayNoToRape.”

    This has nothing to do with Christianity. We are talking about what is wrong and individuals integrity.Does it mean it’s not happening in other religious bodies,offices,courts,national assembly etc.You guys should learn to be objective in your opinions when it comes to sensitive issues like this.This is the problem I usually have with Nigerian graduates – poor and sentimental analysis of important issues.
