Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu recently set tongues wagging after she went online to put the singer’s parenting abilities in question.
She was having an interactive session with fans on her Snapchat when she stated that she cannot wait to change her daughter’s last name from Imade Adeleke to Imade Momodu.
This came after a follower gushed over Imade and referred to her as everyone’s favourite princess.
In reaction, Sophia implied that Davido is an absentee father as she takes up both fatherly and motherl responsibilities.
She wrote; “Can’t wait to change her last name, I still think Momodu is on point as I’m mom and dad.”
Another fan noted out of curiousity that she thought Davido was a responsible dad and in reaction, the mother-of-one said the singer will be in the best position to give an answer.
“Thought her dad was a responsible dad, what happened”, the fan asked.
Sophia replied; “This question is not for me, ask him”
Similarly, popular actress Tonto Dikeh lashed out at her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill over their failed marriage and the raising of their child.
The former couple had exchanged words which started with Churchill celebrating his son, King Andre, on his birthday. Tonto bashed him for pretending to care once in a while and being a deadbeat father.
He replied that she was bitter he moved on and accused her of trying to make people believes he was not a good man.
In reaction, the Nollywood star reiterated that he was a deadbeat father who fails to his kids school fees and child support.
Tonto advised the businessman to learn a thing or two about fatherhood from music star, David Adeleke aka Davido.
According to her, Churchill is a big fan of the singer and it would make sense for him to adopt his fatherly nature.
She further challenged the father of her child to prove his claims of being supportive by sharing receipt of any school fees he’s paid.
Taking to her Instagram page, Tonto wrote; Thinking I have not moved on is the worst mistake you can make. i came out to make a point that you are a liar and a dead beat father who neither pays fees nor child support to any of your children!!
This should sink, learn to be a man from David. you have always been a big fan of his, adopt his fatherly nature at least to your daughter cause like i said my child will never need nothing from you not even your so called god forsaken name.
