EFCC drags Babafemi to court following massive N207.1m scandal

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commision (EFCC) have today November 1, 2019, announced that Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, remanded the Managing Director of 606 Autos Limited, Sarumi Samusideen Babafemi in Ikoyi Prison.


It would be recalled that he was once arrested alongside others at the Club 57 in Ikoyi Lagos last year June by the EFCC.

Babafemi was arraigned by the EFCC alongside three of his company; 606 Autos Limited, 606 Music Limited and Splash Off Entertainment Limited on a five-count charge bordering on money laundering and conspiracy to the tune of N207.1m.
