A man has stirred reactions from Nigerians online after he showed off a new 1,000 Naira note which is fake.
He flaunted a dummy naira note which has musician, Asake’s face on it and sand the artiste’s praises.
The money was created as a copied version of the newly designed notes that were released by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The man in the video seemed to have been backstage at one of Asake’s recent music concert which held in Lagos state.
Mixed reactions greeted the post as some noted that whoever did it is inviting trouble for himself and the PBUY singer.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian artiste and content creator, Muri recently lamented that he was arrested over a video he posted online where he was reenacting a scene of rapper, Naira Marley.
He said that he only acted as if he was smoking Igbo in the clip which circulated online but it was interpreted as him promoting drug abuse.
Muri, in a fresh clip, lamented that he had just been released from detention even though he did not do anything wrong.
The footage which allegedly got him into trouble was a recreation of Naira Marley reacting to Mohbad’s allegation that he was assaulted.
Recall that few months ago, Mohbad accused his ex-boss, Naira of unleashing boys on him when he made some requests which the music executive did not like.
After that, the Marlina Music boss shared a video on social media where he refuted the allegation and was smoking weed while saying; ”Nobody beat Mohbad…”
It was that last scene Muri mimicked and posted on the internet that allegedly made security agents seek him out. He said he does smoke and he only did it just because he wanted to trend.
Surprisingly, while he was crying about being arrested, the young man was still smoking something believed to be the same substance.
