COZA pastor, Fatoyinbo asks court to dismiss Busola Dakolo’s lawsuit, demands N50m as damages

The Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo who was accused of rape has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss the lawsuit filed against him by Busola Dakolo.

He asked for dismissal of the lawsuit on grounds of incompetence and frivolity and also demanded to be awarded N50m as damages.

Pastor Fatoyinbo filed the objection notice before Federal High Court, two weeks after Busola through her lawyer Pelumi Olajengbesi, approached same court, demanding for a clearly worded apology on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively.
