The student was totally devastated when she saw that she scored 250 in the tertiary entrance examination.

In a video which trended on social media platforms, she could be seen wailing and expressing disappointment in herself.

A friend who was standing close to her tried to console the girl but it seemed to trigger her even more.

JAMB’s Head, Public Affairs and Protocol, Dr Fabian Benjamin in a statement on Tuesday, said a total of 1,595,779 candidates had registered to take the examination in 708 Computer Based Test (CBT) centres in 105 examination towns in the country.

He said the results excluded candidates who were rescheduled to take their examination on Saturday, May 6 and those who were absent.

Benjamin also listed other excluded candidates as those under investigation as well as those of visually impaired candidates, saying their results were undergoing processing.
