A Catholic Priest has become a cause for concern in the Papal seat in Rome as he reportedly impregnated 30 Reverend sisters.
The reports were confirmed by Pope Francis for the first time as it involves a Malawian Diocesan who impregnated 30 nuns.
According to the Pope, priests and bishops in the Catholic Church had over the years, sexually abused nuns leading the Church to suspend some priests on several occasions.
Senior members of women’s religious orders and a priest, in reports, highlighted cases of sexual abuse against nuns which have been reported in at least 23 countries.
The New York Times reports that nuns around the world have suffered sexual abuse by priests, sometimes resulting in pregnancy and abortion, with much of the blame being apportioned to church leaders who have been accused of failing to discipline the clerics involved.
