Burna Boy, Falz, Teni nominated for Future awards

Nigerian stars in the music industry have been nominated for this year’s edition of The Future Awards Africa. Burna Boy, Teni, Falz, and Timini Egbuson were all nominated in different categories in different categories.

The central working committee (CWC) of the awards, released the nominees’ list covering 21 categories on Sunday.The main event is billed to hold on November 24 at the Balmoral Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

The 2019 edition themed ‘Nigeria’s New Tribe’, would honor the nominees as representing outstanding young talents, innovators, entrepreneurs, and community advocates who are breaking boundaries in various industries.

Burna boy who has already picked up a number of awards in 2019 including The Headies award for artist of the year is nominated for The Future awards Africa Prize for music along side Teni, Falz and Simi.

The Future Awards Africa has championed over 2,000 trailblazers between 18 – 31 years across the continent.

They include Tara Fela-Durotoye, Innocent ‘2Face’ Idibia, Samson Itodo, Mark Angel, Bisola Borha, Bolanle Olukanni, Zainab Balogun, Bayo Omoboriowo, Ikechukwu Oviawe, and many more.
