Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface has bagged Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award for the second time.
The 22-year-old earlier won the award in August 2023. Boniface scored four times and recorded one assist for Bayer Leverkusen in September.
The Nigeria international beat RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons and Maximilian Beier of TSG Hoffenheim to the individual accolade.
Boniface moved to Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian Pro League outfit, Union St. Gilloise this summer.

The Premier League made the announcement on Saturday morning, May 27, 2023 via its official Twitter account.
“It had to be him! @ErlingHaaland is your @EASPORTSFIFA Player of the Season,” the tweet read.
Haaland is also the top scorer in the Premier League with 36 goals in 35 games this season, breaking the previous record of 34 in a single Premier League campaign shared by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer that had stood for nearly three decades.
The Norwegian was voted Player of the Season by the public, the captains of the 20 Premier League clubs and a panel of soccer experts.
City players have now won the award for four seasons running, with Kevin De Bruyne taking the honour in 2019-20 and 2021-22 and Ruben Dias in 2020-21.
