Nigerian actor and reality TV star, Pere Egbi has slammed his fellow Big Brother Naija alums for allowing themselves to be influenced by their fans and social media.
He accused some of the BBNaija stars of being manipulated by their respective fanbases with opinions and assumptions that might not be factual.
Pere, who blasted them via his Twitter (X) account on Nov 21, emphasised the need for former Big Brother housemates to have inward analysis before going along with whatever their supporters say.
He said their gullibility is the reason it’s so easy for outsiders to prevent them from having genuine friendship and relationship because they can’t stand for something.
Pere wrote: “And to some of my colleagues, Some of you are so gullible. it’s pathetically unbelievable. You let your fans pilot you with their stupiid analysis and like a weightless kite, they direct you towards hate for a fellow housemate.
“You allow social media affect how you relate with others and dictate how you live your lives. It’s something called balls that some of you need to grow and it’s something called standing for something you believe in that some of you need to learn to do.”

It may be recalled that Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ winner, Phyna sent a new year message to her fans who keep giving her unsolicited advice.
The reality TV star said that she acknowledges their effort in making her the ‘Level Up’ season winner by voting for her, but that does not mean they get to dictate to her.
