Babcock student graduates a year after Teni paid her N1.5m school fees

A Nigerian lady, Eno has taken to social media to thank popular singer, Teniola Apata aka Teni for helping her friend to graduate one year after she cried out over inability to pay school fees.

She revealed that her friend, a Babcock university final year student has bagged a degree in Social Work and it is all thanks to Teni who paid N1.5 million.

It may be recalled that in April 22, 2023 the songstress said she wanted to assist two private university students in final year who were struggling.

“Private school university students if you need assistance with your school fees let me know, wanna help 2 people. 2 Final year students,” the Uyo Meyo crooner tweeted.

Eno took to Twitter and pleaded on behalf of her friend, saying she needed N500,000 to complete her school fees else she would not be able to graduate.

“Hi Teni My friend needs help to complete her school fees A 500 level student studying social work in Babcock University Please help her @TeniEntertainer,” she wrote.

In response, Teni said she had N1.5m and asked for the university’s account number so that she could pay the money directly.

The singer said; “1.5m I wanna pay directly to the school, send the schools account number”

Fast-forward to 30th July 2023, Eno gave an update that her her friend was graduating and she expressed deep gratitude to Teni.

She quoted the old tweet and wrote; “She’s graduating today 🥳. Thank you once again Teni💕”
