Bad breath which is known as Halitosis is a condition of having stale or foul smelling breath. It could be really embarrassing and annoying. Imagine not being comfortable with your own breath! 6. Stop the tobacco habit

Besides causing cancer, smoking can harm your gums, dirty your teeth, and give you bad breath. Over-the-counter nicotine patches can help reduce the urge. If you need a little help, make out time to visit your doctor to talk about quit-smoking programs or prescription medications that can help you give up tobacco for good.

7. Visit your dentist

After trying these methods and there is no improvement, visit your dentist. This bad breath could be associated with medical conditions.
