A little Nigerian girl named Chimamanda has gone viral as a result of her oratorical prowess during church service on Easter Sunday.
Easter is a time where Christians commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ who died on the cross to wash away the sins of mankind.
The service at Christ on the Rock took an interesting turn when a 7-year-old girl mounted the stage to deliver a poetry recitation that everyone spellbound.
Chimamanda spoke with so much confidence and impeccability that when she was done with her spoken word, the audience gave her a standing ovation.
As the bright little girl was about to leave the podium while members of the church rose to their feet to appreciate her beautiful presentation, the pastor called her back and immediately declared that he would offer the 7 year old a two years fully funded scholarship.
The man of God also expressed his admiration of the child and how she was able to speak with composure in front of the audience.
He prayed for Chimamanda and declared that the smart child, just like the popular novelist with the same name – Chimamanda Ngozi-Adichie, would also become a global personality in the future.
