5 useful hack to keep your white sneakers brand new

White sneakers has become an essential wardrobe staple for both guys and ladies. They are now obsessed with wearing white sneaks as it can virtually go with any outfit because white is a universal color. White sneakers makes an outfit look fabulous but the aspect that is not frequently discussed is how to keep them looking white and fresh after some days of wearing them.

I will be sharing with you 5 hacks to take care of your sneakers and keep them looking brand new.

5. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide

Pour 1/2 tablespoon water, 1/2 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide and a tablespoon of baking soda in a small mixing bowl, mix until it becomes an even paste. Remove the lace from your shoes and gently brush the mixture into the surface. i’ll advise using a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush gently, enough to brush away the surface dirt and work the mixture into the surface.

Repeat same process evenly over the shoe. Add the laces to the remaining mixture, and stir them in. Place your shoes and lace outside in bright sunlight. The sun helps turn the shoes bright white again. i would recommend doing this when the day is brighter with a hotter sun. Finally, leave the shoes out for 3–4 hours, or until the mixture is dry and cracking off.

4. Diluted bleach

Using a soft toothbrush, dip in your diluted bleach solution and scrub the shoes gently. Repeat and rinse with warm water when you’re finished. Do not forget to place them under the sun to dry.

3. White nail polish or nail polish remover

Once you notice a stain on your spanking white sneaks, just take out a white nail polish and rub on the affected area. It works! When the stains are tough, pour a small amount of nail polish remover on a cotton wool. Rub on the spots of the sneakers you want to clean in a circular motion.

2. Mild shampoo

Should you mistakenly drop oily food on your new sneakers, grab a clean cloth or an old toothbrush. Mix a reasonable quantity of mild shampoo in warm water, using your rag or toothbrush, gently rub the area until it gets a little suds. You should see the stain start to come off!

1. Magic eraser or vinegar

This magic eraser works wonders when it comes to keeping your sneakers clean. Use it to spot-treat stains by wetting it and gently buffing out marks on the canvas. But if you don’t have anything like that on hand, take a wash rag and dip it in vinegar. Rub gently to remove small stains.
