Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) seven-time anchor, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has revealed the year that “destroyed” his mental health the most.
The media personality said 2012 was a difficult year for him, explaining that he cried more in that year than his entire life combined.
Ebuka made this known in a recent tweet while responding to a trending post asking people what year destroyed their mental health most.
“Which year destroyed your mental health most?” it read.
Ebuka replied; “2012. Cried more in that year than my entire conscious life combined.”

Seasoned Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh recently expressed sadness over the mental health challenges faced by musician, Joshua Iniyezo aka Solidstar.
It may be recalled that his brother, Joseph Iniyezo cried out for help in a video shared on the artiste’s Instagram page, saying he was going through some mental health issues and in desperate need of support.
Joseph revealed that Solidstar has been critically sick for a while now that’s why he has been away from the microphone for some time.
In reaction via her Instastory days after the plea, Tonto indicated her desire to reach out to the management or family of Solidstar.
Tonto Dikeh recounted how the singer made efforts to ensure that she had a successful music career years ago.
She wrote; “How can I get through to Solidstar’s management or family? That’s my street blood mehn. Dude was ready to sacrifice it all for me to do well musically. Na me no just hear word!
[He] Never charged a penny, never get a gift, not even a hug. Such a selfless human. I’m hurting that he has strong men and he is still outside. O wrong.”
