Super Eagles star, Victor Osimhen has dismissed the possibility of the Nigerian team engaging in sexual acts while in Ivory Coast.
He stated that while the players at Africa Cup of Nations are preparing to face hosts Cote d’Ivoire in the finals, they will stay away from “Oloshos” – which is a local term for sex worers.
Osimhen vowed abstinence on behalf of his teammates while having a video call with injured colleague, Victor Boniface, who was ruled out of AFCON.
Boniface made a special request for runsgirls to be given to the team as part of their celebration for beating Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the semi-finals of the tournament.
In a clip which surfaced online, the Bayer Leverkusen striker said; “Make them give Pere Nwa two Oloshos each for this night, una deserve am.”
In his response, Osimhen said: “Thunder go fire you. We stay focused until we win, you hear wetin I dey talk. No Olosho yet we stay focus until we win, hope you are walking alone now. Have you started walking alone?”
The semi-final match between the two nations ended in a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes. Nigeria defeated Bafana Bafana of South Africa 4-2 through penalty shootout on Wednesday night.
Nwabali was the hero of the game as he saved two penalty kicks, earning the three time AFCON champions a qualification for the finals.

Budding Nigerian musician, Crown Uzama, popularly known as Shallipopi, has revealed how he spent his first earnings from music.
He said that when his hit single ‘Elon Musk’ dropped and he started making money, he used it to patronise oscroh – another name for oloshos, which means ‘hookup girls’.
Shallipopi made the revelation while being interviewed by Hip Hop artiste, Odumodublck on a recent episode of Turntable podcast.
He was asked how he spent the earnings from ‘Elon Musk’ and he said he used it to order “oscroh,” a street slang for sex workers.
Odumodublvck asked; “When Elon Musk blow, wetin be the first thing wey you buy? No be this chain.”
Shallipopi replied; “I chop am na, normal. I no buy chow. I use am order oscroh [sex workers].”
