Nigerian media personality, Laila Johnson-Salami and her husband, Abasam Onyia, have welcomed their first child.
The TV presenter took to her Instagram page on Thursday, Sept. 21 and announced the birth of their baby girl with some cute photos of the baby and ultrasound.
Laila described the feeling of carrying a child for nine months as a surreal experience. The 26-year-old first time mum, christened their daughter, Nova Diana.
Sharing the images, she wrote; “Growing you for 9 months was the most surreal experience. Welcome to the world Nova Diana đź’›”

It was reported weeks ago that Yoruba movie star, Abiola Ayomide Adebayo and her hubby welcomed a baby boy through surrogacy after one failed IVF and three failed surrogate attempts.
The Nollywood actress said the surrogate attempts which were unsuccessful happened within two years. The new mum gave thanks to God for finally blessing she and her husband with a son.
