I used to act as a crossdresser – Brain Jotter

Nigerian content creator, Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Amuzie, professionally referred to as Brain Jotter, has revealed that he started skit making as a crossdresser called Madam Ogadi.

The popular online comedian said he later switched character because he realised crossdressing is not sustainable except the person is doing it exceptionally well.

I used to act as a crossdresser but I quit - Brain Jotter

Brain Jotter stated this when he featured as a guest on Channels TV’s programme, Rubbin’ Minds, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. He said a friend is advising him to start making contents as a crossdresser but he is not interested because he’s done that before.

The skit maker said his Madam Ogadi character used to perform in church and leave audiences impressed and it got to his head and he almost made that his niche.

Brain Jotter said; “I have a friend who is advising me to start making content as a crossdresser. I’m not interested because I’ve tried it before.

“There was a time I was creating content with the character Madam Ogadi in a church and the audience were applauding my performances. So it got to my head and it was almost a niche for me. But then I realised that cross-dressing is not sustainable for me.

I just don’t buy the idea because it won’t last. People might enjoy it once or twice, but you’re not a woman. Except you are doing it exceptionally well. You can’t be wearing a woman’s clothes with beards.”

Speaking on other plans outside of skit making, the comedian said he had already done music. Brain Jotter also said he was making inroads into Nollywood, and some of his movies may be released this year.
