Don’t play with God – Davido says as he lists four achievements

Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke professionally called Davido, has taken to social media to celebrate his latest achievements.

The DMW boss just earned his first career Billboard Hot 100 entry. He achieved the feat with ‘Sensational’ which features Lojay and American singer, Chris Brown.

Billboard disclosed that the song debuted at number 96 on this week’s Hot 100 after topping the Bubbling chart where it held the number one position for three weeks.

“@chrisbrown’s “Sensational” featuring @davido & @Lojaymusic debuts at No. 96 on this week’s #Hot100. It earns Davido and Lojay their first career entries on the chart,” Billboard wrote on Twitter.

Davido took to his Instagram page and outlined some musical feats that critics opined he would never accomplish.

They include; Not getting a Grammy nomination, having a Billboard HOT 100, his song not hitting a million streams on Spotify or even getting UK certification.

The DMW boss urged the public not to play with divine blessings. He went on to state that he is not one to be dared as he will relegate other artistes.

His post reads;

“He’d never be Grammy-nominated.” He proved them wrong.

“No Billboard Hot 100 entry.” He achieved it.

“No UK certification.” He secured it.

“100 million on Spotify.” He exceeded it.

They never learn. Davido isn’t one to be dared. He’ll relegate your fave and lock up the city. Don’t play with God.
