Delivering Love & Safeguarding Dreams: CoinEx Charity Empowers Students in Nigeria

Recently, CoinEx Charity, an international charity, unveiled the CoinEx Charity Grant for Fulfilling Dreams, a program that aims to provide more educational opportunities for poor students worldwide and help them continue their studies. On June 9, 2023, the program reached its second stop: Nigeria, and CoinEx Charity offered the Grant to 15 underprivileged students from Margaret Ekpo Secondary School in Nigeria, which will cover their tuition fees for the next six years and help them graduate from the school.

Nigeria, the largest economy on the African continent, is blessed with abundant natural resources and a young population. However, the country’s education sector has long suffered from insufficient funding and resources. It is reported that many children in Nigeria are unable to access education and face the risk of dropping out due to financially disadvantaged backgrounds. To change the lives of children in impoverished areas, CoinEx Charity established the Multi-Million-Dollar Charity Fund to fund students in the poor regions of Nigeria, bringing them better educational opportunities to fulfill their academic goals.

Located in Calabar, Nigeria, Margaret Ekpo Secondary School got its name from Margaret Ekpo, a renowned Nigerian feminist activist and politician, and boasts a rich history. On June 9, the CoinEx Charity team visited the school and brought the grant and school supplies to the students. Led by school leaders and teachers, the team presented the grant to the students in need, along with brand new notebooks, encouraging them to strive for academic excellence and make greater contributions to society. On the day of the event, students from the school staged a local singing & dancing performance to welcome and thank CoinEx Charity.

This educational initiative not only funds Nigerian students but also aims to carry on love and encourage more people to pay attention to places like Nigeria in dire need of help, improving the educational conditions in these regions through concerted efforts. Education is a crucial path for social and individual transformation, and CoinEx Charity plans to assist underprivileged students in fulfilling their dreams by funding their education.

Launched in May 2023, the Grant for Fulfilling Dreams features multiple locations through collaboration with charitable organizations worldwide. The first stop of the program was Vietnam, where CoinEx Charity, in partnership with a local charity, provided tuition fees for 14 underprivileged children, garnering extensive local support.

The CoinEx Charity Grant for Fulfilling Dreams represents a major effort in educational welfare by CoinEx Charity in 2023. Through ongoing efforts for educational welfare, CoinEx Charity aims to help underprivileged children continue their education and provide them with better learning environments, thereby contributing to educational welfare on a global scale. The Grant set off from Vietnam in May and will cover impoverished schools in Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia, Türkiye, and India. CoinEx Charity will prioritize children from impoverished families based on the educational conditions and living environments in different regions, strive to help more children fulfill their academic dreams, and prepare them for a better future.
